Ingredients
1 1/2 ripe bananas
1/2 c plant based milk (I used unsweetened almond)
1/4 c raw cashews
2 big handfuls fresh spinach
1 T hemp seeds
2 dates, pitted
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 c ice
Yield: 1 16 oz smoothie
Instructions
Place all ingredients except ice in high speed blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. Add ice and blend again. Serve and enjoy immediately.
